A mutation multiplies a pet's income. The strongest on the wiki is Rainbow ×3.5. 3 can come from a normal hatch: Rainbow ×3.5 (1 in 100), Golden ×2.5 (4 in 100), Silver ×1.2 (6 in 100).

What a mutation does to income

The multiplier applies to the pet's income after its size. A mutation never changes the base value shown in the index.

What the wiki doesn't cover yet

Players have recorded pets with more than one mutation at once, and four newer mutations (Nitro, Enchanted, Spectral, Zombified) that aren't on the wiki's Mutations page yet. Until the wiki lists their multipliers, we don't guess them, and we don't say whether several mutations add up or multiply. "Luminous" is not a mutation: Luminous pets are separate pets with their own income.
